Lift Lifecycle Management
Lifts don’t last forever, are you prepared for when investment will be required?
Lifecycle Management is a much under estimated element of lift ownership, people tend to forget that a lift will need replacing at some stage or simply not understand that a lift is an electromechanical device similar to a car, they get it serviced, they get it inspected and they might even indulge themselves with a few extras such as a new interior or alarm system upgrade.
But that’s where the similarity ends, whereas a person using their car everyday thinks ahead to the date when it will need replacement, a lift is forgotten and replacement or investment in modernisation only comes to light when it starts to fail and parts are no longer available.
Think about it another way, picture a classic car winding through the British countryside on a sunny Sunday afternoon, it looks, smells and sounds fantastic, but you wouldn’t want to rely on it to get you to the office every working day and especially not in winter!!
That is why Lift Specialists Ltd offer “Lifecycle Management” as part of our service delivery package, we can advise on when to invest and why, demonstrate through statistical data the reasons and help you to prepare for future and prevent that day when the lift won’t work and everything suddenly urgent.
