Florence Longman House Full Refurbishment
Credit where credit is due!
When a customer emails you just after a full refurbishment has been completed, it can lead to a feeling of trepidation!
Well as this year comes to a close and we start planning for 2023 and all the joy, challenges, achievements and set backs we will face as a team, it’s a really lift (pun intended) to get positive feedback to carry over into the new year.
Hi Team, I hope you are well.
I just wanted to give you some feedback from myself and the tenants here at Florence Longman House on the lift project that was completed this week and the engineers who carried out the work.
The guys who did the work are a credit to their company and were unbelievably professional and personable to myself and all the tenants throughout the work. I’m sure you have experienced teething problems and complaints throughout such large projects but there was not one received the entire time. They guys struck up a very good relationship with all parties and they will be missed. A lot of the tenants did not want them to go!
So please feed this back to Gary and his team if you don’t mind as they were a privilege to work alongside.
So well done to the whole construction team, the bar has now been set now
