When supporting a refurb at a critical care site, it is especially important to plan, get it right in advance, plan, think about it, plan, rethink it and finally PLAN
So when all the dust settles and the customer comes back with their review of the works, this is what you want to see;
1. How satisfied are you with our standard of workmanship? Using a 1-5 scale “5 Excellent”
2. How satisfied are you with the service provided? Using a 1-5 scale “5 Excellent”
3. How satisfied are you with our standard of health and safety? Using a 1-5 scale “5 Excellent”
4. Is the response to complaints both quick and adequate? Using a 1-5 scale “5 Excellent”
5. Are monthly applications for payment accurate and delivered on time? Using a 1-5 scale “5 Excellent”
6. How do you rate the relationship with residents / end user? Using a 1-5 scale “5 Excellent”
I think the response is EXCELLENT
